How to view attendees and schedule meetings via the mobile app

  1. Download the app on Google Play or iTunes

  2. Log in if you have not logged in already

  3. Select attendees

  4. Select the person you wish to contact and/or meet with

  5. You must “add contact” before you can schedule a meeting

  6. Select “meeting” to schedule a meeting with the selected attendees

  7. Return to “schedule” and select “my schedule” to view all your scheduled meetings and sessions
