When and where will Flourish take place?
Flourish 2020 is happening March 16-18, 2020 at The Radisson Blu Aqua in Chicago, IL.
How much does it cost to attend Flourish?
General admission is $949 through January 9, 2020.
January 10-February 13 is $1,249
February 14-Day of is $1,499
Our evergreen merchant rate is $599
Do I qualify for the merchant rate?
Our discounted merchant rate is available to employees of retailers, brands and restaurants only. It is not intended for use by consultants or resellers.
Do I qualify for a media partner pass?
Each media partnership is different depending on the size and scope of the publication. You can easily apply for a media partner pass through this link.
How do I convince my boss that I should attend Flourish?

What does my registration include?
Registration includes access to all content and social events beginning on Monday, as well as breakfast and lunch Tuesday and Wednesday. Basically, if it’s on the agenda, it’s included!
What types of payment do you accept?
Credit card payment is preferred: American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Can I buy tickets offline?
While registration will still need to be completed online, we understand that sometimes circumstances require payment via invoice or purchase order. For this, please contact the Flourish team at hello@flourishcon.com or any of the team members if you need to buy tickets offline. You can also call our office at 331-901-0331.
What should I do if I don’t receive my registration information?
Please allow up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive, be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox. The subject line is "Registration Confirmed - Flourish Conference." If after 24 hours you still have not received the confirmation email, reach out to the team at: hello@flourishcon.com.
Please note: Merchant and media partner registrations require approval so you will receive two separate emails, the first pending approval then a confirmation.
Do you offer refunds?
Tickets are not refundable and cannot be applied to future events. Tickets are transferable to a colleague at any time by contacting the Flourish Team at help@flourishcon.com.
Per the Flourish Terms of Use:
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, all fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed to by Company in its sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that we will charge your designated payment method for fees when you register for Event(s). To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree not to ask your credit card company or bank to chargeback any fees charged pursuant to this Terms of Use. By accepting this Terms of Use, you agree that you will remain liable for all fines, chargebacks, refunds and other expenses incurred in connection with your access to and/or use of the Site(s) and/or registration and/or attendance at the Event(s). For any issues regarding payments and/or refunds, please send a request to Company at legal@flourishcon.com.

What if I’m registered and just found a discount code, will you adjust the price?
We do not apply any discounts retroactively with no exceptions.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Tickets are transferable to a colleague at any time by contacting the Flourish Team at help@flourishcon.com.
How do I make changes to an existing registration?
To make changes to your registration, including updating your contact information, dietary restrictions, sessions, or guests please click the link in your confirmation email where it says “To view or modify this registration, Click here.” You will be prompted to enter your email and confirmation number (also contained in your confirmation email). Scroll towards the bottom of the page and click the “Modify Registration” button. From there, you can make any edits necessary, just make sure you click through each page until you reach the Order Summary page and press “Submit.”
What do I do if I have a dietary restriction?
Please note any dietary restrictions during the registration process when prompted. If you need to update your dietary restrictions after registering, please click the link in your confirmation email where it says “To view or modify this registration, Click here.” You will be prompted to enter your email and confirmation number (also contained in your confirmation email). Scroll towards the bottom of the page and click the “Modify Registration” button. From there, you can make any edits necessary, just make sure you click through each page until you reach the Order Summary page and press “Submit.”
Can guests come to social events?
Yes, guests are welcome to join the Opening Night party on Monday and the Industry Night Party on Tuesday. You can select to add a guest during the initial registration process. You can also add a guest to an existing registration by clicking the link in your confirmation email where it says “To view or modify this registration, Click here.” You will be prompted to enter your email and confirmation number (also contained in your confirmation email). Scroll towards the bottom of the page and click the “Modify Registration” button. From there, you can add, remove or edit a guest. Make sure you click through each page until you reach the Order Summary page and press “Submit.”
Is there an official hotel?
Yes, the conference is taking place at The Radisson Blu Aqua in Chicago and we have also secured a room block with a special discounted rate of $219. You can access the room rate through this link.

Who attends Flourish?
The Flourish audience includes 300+ attendees from top US and International organizations as we discuss the future of the $140 Billion gift card, prepaid and promotional value industry. Brands in attendance have included: AMC, Buffalo Wild Wings, Nike, Starbucks, Subway, Target, Ulta, YETI, and more. 58% of attendees are either in a Senior Director role or higher.
How can I contact other Flourish registrants?
We will release the Flourish Conference 2020 app a few weeks before the conference which will allow you to contact the registered attendees.
When should I arrive/depart from Flourish?
The conference excitement starts Monday, March 16 with a number of industry organization meetings and special educational opportunities. It is recommended that if you want to take full advantage of the whole conference to arrive by Sunday night if you plan to attend any site visits or Monday morning bright and early for all other content and activities. You definitely don’t want to miss the opening party Monday night! The first full-day of conference content starts Tuesday, March 17 and continues until Wednesday afternoon, March 18. With everything wrapped up by 5:00 on Wednesday, we suggest an evening flight if you wish to depart on Wednesday.
What is there to do in Chicago?
Chicago is home to world-class restaurants and entertainment. The Radisson Blu Aqua is centrally located and minutes from major attractions including Millenium Park, Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and the Riverwalk. If you’re in town early, definitely stop by to see the famous Chicago River dyed green on Saturday, March 14 in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.
Will there be WiFi?
WiFi will be available throughout the conference area and in guest rooms booked through the Flourish room block at Radisson Blu Aqua.
Is there a dress code?
While there’s no official dress code most attendees opt for business casual during the day. Casual cocktail attire is most common at our evening events. If a specific event requires specific dress, it will be clearly communicated through our newsletter.
As part of the Flourish fun, and because the conference does fall on St. Patrick’s Day, we encourage everyone to wear green and join the festivities on Tuesday, March 17!
